POSITION DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schule all inventory transfer orders from regions on calendar.
- Coordinate with Multiple Trucking companies for pick up.
- Ensure all orders are scheduled 72 hours in advance.
- Release orders to appropriate departments for fulfillment.
- Coordinate with regions on order adjustments as requested by warehouses.
- Schedule all bulk orders for customers and regions.
- Release all bulk orders to pump slabs.
- Schedule bulk orders for pick up by customers VP Transportation Company or Bulk companies.
- Daily scheduling of all LTL pick ups with multiple carriers.
- Schedule incoming PO orders from multiple vendors, via LTL and TL.
- Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals and procedure manuals.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate orally or in writing with coworkers, departments, customers and vendors.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Ability to compute using rate, ratio and percentages.
- Ability to Multitask.
- Ability to use Google Calendar, Netsuite and Outlook proficiently.

- With minimal supervision, demonstrate the ability to solve practical problems, interpret and resolve problems and issues using a variety of instructions or guides furnished in written, diagram, schedule or oral formats.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- One to three month's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Required to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- May be exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes and oils.
