Coordinates with procurement and material managers as well as engineering work group leads pertaining to essential. items of supply. Provides priorities for projects to guarantee completion. Contributes to forecasts and disbursements by performing schedule analysis. Under general supervision, solves complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices in project controls. Uses experience and problem-solving skills to develop and improve processes. May provide guidance to less experienced team members.This is a contingent position based upon contract awardWhat You'll DoAs a Scheduler, you will:Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all administrative tasks and sites involved in the project.Coordinate with project staff to gather status updates, ensuring that schedules are accurate and comprehensive.Identify and report project risks and delays to management.Collaborate with other project personnel to resolve schedule conflicts and optimize project timelines.Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.Other duties as requiredQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience with project management software, like MS Project, Primavera, or similar.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.High School Diploma or GED: Required as a basic educational foundation.Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.Decision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.Clearance: Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required.
