Are you excited about this Scheduler job?As a Part-Time Scheduler at Mennonite Village, you'll take the reins in creating, printing, and managing schedules that align perfectly with our approved hours, ensuring seamless operations in our vibrant senior care environment. Your role will involve updating schedules, sending out open shift notifications, and implementing necessary changes to enhance staffing efficiency. You'll ensure that every shift is adequately covered, particularly during breaks and lunches, while monitoring and resolving any scheduling issues that arise.
In addition to scheduling, you'll be the friendly face at our reception desk, greeting visitors, residents, and vendors, as well as handling mail and phone communications. Your organizational skills will shine as you coordinate on-call coverage, assist with resident transport, and maintain a lost and found service for the campus.
