Description:
- Promptly answer phone calls (100/day) from patients and referents seeking behavioral health services - Schedule and educate patients on behavioral health services for Minnesota clinics - Process internal and external referrals - Communicate scheduling outcomes with referral sources - Verify and update patient demographic information - Address patient complaints and concerns and escalate to management when appropriate - Attend or review notes/recording for mandatory meetings and trainings - Complete other duties as assigned by the Call Center Management Team
