Insight Global is looking for a mater scheduler to support a large manufacturing client. The candidate will develop and maintain production schedules for multiple business units, considering low volume and high product mix. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align schedules with business objectives. Optimize resource utilization, minimize lead times, and enhance efficiency. Address scheduling conflicts and ensure on-time delivery. Leverage Infor LN ERP system for accurate data management and reporting. Monitor KPIs, provide insights, and refine strategies. Lead communication between departments and mentor junior staff. Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field.At least 10 years of experience as a Master Scheduler in a multi-business unit industrial manufacturing environment.Extensive expertise and proficiency with the Infor LN ERP system.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to promote team collaboration.Demonstrated success in thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and managing multiple priorities effectively.
