Job Summary: Job Summary: Leeward Renewable Energy is currently seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to prepare, analyze, verify and report information related to one or more project control area (cost, estimating and scheduling) and measure the effect of such information on the overall performance of E.ON Climate & Renewables (EC&R) Energy Storage and Solar PV projects.
Essential Functions: - Coordinate/Work closely with Project Managers, Development Managers, Engineering, Procurement, and other functional groups to assure project controls needs are met in an effective and timely manner.
- Develop, implement, and maintain an effective scheduling management system.
- Progress update schedules to accurately represent completed activities and forecast future activities.
- Utilize industry standards and procedures to ensure project control data/information satisfies project management cost, estimating, planning and schedules needs.
- Maintain a project control data base for use in preparing construction cost estimates in support of Gate 2 preparation.
- Maintain and update specific project control information and collect, sort and analyze progress reports covering status of completion, schedule and manpower utilization.
- Coordinate and work effectively across organizational departments within project execution, development, engineering, procurement, and other functional groups to assure project time management objectives are achieved and the appropriate data is retained for future reference.
- Evaluate subcontractor schedule submittals and make recommendations to project management regarding project performance, project status and forecasts.
Qualifications: - Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 6-year experience in either planning, scheduling, estimating, resource management or cost controls applicable to engineering and/or construction of power generation facilities and/or transmission or electrical substations, preferably renewables.
- Must have proficient experience with Oracle P6 Scheduling Software, Microsoft excel, analytical database management, and accounting systems. Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques, data programming and scripts, Power BI are highly recommended.
Physical Demands: - Travel to corporate offices and/or sites as necessary to support the Business is required.

- Position will require sitting for long periods of time as well as occasionally lifting up to twenty-pound boxes.
