This position is located in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.A career at BCT-LLC says you want to contribute and make a difference to something larger than yourself where success results from the dedication our team members have in building success for our customers and their mission.If you are seeking a meaningful work experience along with a workplace culture that thrives on teamwork, we invite you to explore this career opportunity to join us.Scheduler Level 1 Responsibilities:Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining detailed resource-loaded schedules for implementation, developmental and operational systems.Work with developmental and operational teams to develop detailed schedules and assist in keeping these schedules current.Use or recommend automated tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or program mandated software.Develop and/or modify project schedules and integrate multiple project schedules into an overall Master Program Schedule.Maintain the overall Master Program/Project Schedule.Link project schedules with the overarching program, Investment Portfolio, functional area, and/or other Integrated Master Plans (IMPs).Provide hands-on development of layered schedules and IMPs that address how an acquisition project is progressing and how that project contributes to overarching requirements and objectives.Maintain status on linkages and dependencies with related projects.Role Description:Assist in defining and implementing schedule software (MS Project, Primavera, or specific program mandated software) management processes and procedures.Implement schedule version control processes, policies, and procedures.Assist in maintaining and developing the environment for the overall Master Program/Project.Integrate multiple project schedules into an overall Master Program Schedule.Qualification Requirements:Two (2) years experience as a Scheduler on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.An Associate's degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required.One (1) year of demonstrated experience managing a schedule for an engineering program involving hardware and software development and multiple sub-components.Experience may include: successful completion of an advanced level MS Project or Primavera course and demonstrated experience with MS Project and/or Primavera.Two (2) years of additional scheduling experience may be substituted for an Associate's degree.What We Offer:401(k) Plan with Matching ContributionsIndependent 401(k) and Investment Advisory ServicesBCT-Funded Health Savings Account (HSA)Life/AD&D Insurance Coverage paid 100% by BCTDisability Coverage paid 100% by BCTEmployee Referral ProgramTuition/Training ReimbursementGym or Fitness Membership Reimbursement ($70 per month)Reimbursement for pet adoptions through 501c3 nonprofits, $300 per calendar yearSTEM Scholarship: BCT provides a $500 scholarship opportunity offered annually for one employee or intern or the child of an employee enrolled in an undergraduate program concentrating on a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) discipline.Jacquelyn Tate Memorial Scholarship Opportunity: BCT provides a $1,000 scholarship annually for one employee or child enrolled in an undergraduate program in memory of our founding President, Jacquelyn Tate.Who is BCT?BCT, LLC is a woman-owned small business founded in 2006.
