Provides receptionist support as needed. Duties and Responsibilities Schedules patient exams, consults, etc. Greets and registers patients in accordance with established policies and procedures. Performs light typing, operates a CRT or related office equipment in fulfilling work assignments. Answers telephones, routes callers, takes messages and provides routine information to callers. Enters and/or retrieves data from established computer files using knowledge of various computer software applications. Performs related receptionist and clerical functions as required Qualifications Minimum Experience: 3 - 6 months Minimum Education: High School or G.E.D. Required Courses: Medical terminology Skills: Typing and basic computer skills; excellent interpersonal/communications skills.
