Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for a (Pool) Scheduling Administrative Specialist (Remote) to join our team!

The Scheduling Administrative Specialist is responsible for timely and accurate retrieval, processing, scanning, mini registration and creation of an encounter using faxed physician orders.

Schedule: Pool/per diem

Shift: Rotating

After (3) three months of on-site training, this role will be remote.

Ongoing, there is a requirement to be on-site when needed for team meetings, trainings, etc.

Scheduling Administrative Specialist

* Collects, organizes and scans patient and insurance correspondence, physician orders, and all other relevant documentation into Health Information System scanning software.

* Completes mini registration on all received orders received orders

* Assists with scheduling and collection of out-of-pocket payments as needed.

Qualifications

* HS Diploma or equivalency (required)

* 2 Years College/associate degree (preferred)

* 2-4 years' experience required
