What youll be doing:
Coordinate scheduling for all current and prospective home care clients.Proactively address staffing issues arising from changes in client or caregiver schedules.Promptly notify management of staffing problems and resolutions.Ensure accuracy and currency of scheduling calendars.Available for on-call duties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Verify timecards against schedules for payroll and billing.Process clock-ins and clock-outs, recording data for payroll.Maintain confidentiality of client, employee, and agency information.What were looking for:
