Scheduling & Authorization Assistant
: Job Details :

Reporting to the Director of Physical Medicine, this position schedules patients, obtains authorization, and provides administrative support including billing and financial reports for the Physical Medicine department. This position also assists in scheduling Cardiopulmonary patients as needed. QUALIFICATIONS:

Proficient on computers, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Prior registration experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of insurance verification, patient billing.
