We are currently searching for a full-time Staffing Coordinator to join our team of professionals. - Coordinate schedule for hourly and live-in cases
- Communicate with clients or family on current schedule, call outs, and any other changes
- Build a trusting relationship with caregivers, clients, and families.
- Works well with a team and also independently
- Input and maintain detailed caregiver and client information in the platform WellSky Personal Care (Formerly ClearCare)
- Answer all calls with a sense of professionalism, urgency, and calmness
- Share on-call duties with other staff members
- Fulfill administrative duties and office tasks
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ years coordination experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Computer proficiency with working knowledge in Clear Care, Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new software
- Ability to communicate promptly and effectively with home health aides, nurses' aides, clinicians, clients, and family members regarding scheduling issues
- Bilingual applicants and experience working in a multi-cultural environment preferred
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Flexible, able to adapt rapidly to changing priorities and tasks
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
