What s a typical day as a Scheduling Coordinator? You ll be:
- Coordinating and scheduling patient appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits.
- Confirming appointments with patients and sending reminders via phone, email, or text.
- Maintaining and updating clinicians' calendars to reflect current availability.
- Acting as a liaison between patients, clinicians, and administrative staff to ensure clear and timely communication.
