Qualifications:
* Associate degree required.
* Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
* Two (2) years of experience directly related to staffing, scheduling and budget management may be considered in ileu of degree.
* Computer skills, clerical skills, typing skills, and strong math skills required.
* Staffing and scheduling experience required.

Job Summary:
* Responsible for comprehensive development and management of the working and master schedules to maintain appropriate staffing levels in the nursing department, considering acuity and buget.
* Actively manages labor costs through schedule manament
* Understand Payroll-Based Journal (PBJ) and CMS regulations related to payroll and timekeeping
