Job Summary:Veracity Resourcing & Services is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Scheduling Coordinator! As a Scheduling Coordinator, the primary focus is the relationship between the client and field staff. Scheduling Coordinators will monitor daily schedules and communicate with both employees and clients on a regular basis through various means of communications including telephone, text, and email.   • Staff and schedule for our clients open and ongoing shifts in a timely manner.
  • Answer all incoming calls and direct calls to the proper personnel.
  • Use best judgment in assigning care personnel to the appropriate clients based on needs and preferences.
  • Understand the specific needs of the client and assign the appropriate caregivers immediately.
  • Document all pertinent information on client records.
  • File and maintain all documents appropriately. Distribute documents to the appropriate staff member for approval or completion.
  • Maintain up to date available lists for expediency in staffing.
  • Maintain schedule in accurate and legible form.
  • Communicate with contract agencies regarding schedules, evaluation of staff.
Non-Essential Functions:
  • Attends all required training, in-services, and staff meetings.
  • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward clients, visitors, employees, and co-workers.
  • Adheres to all policies and procedures of Veracity.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Oral Comprehension - The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
  • Organization - ability to organize priorities and task effectively. Organize large amount of sensitive data.
  • Verbal and written communication - possess excellent communication skills. Communicating clearly and effectively with various groups of people
  • Computer skills - proficiency in Word, database software
Experience and Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Experience:
  • Microsoft office: 1 year (preferred)
  • Scheduling: 1 year (preferred)
