We are urgently hiring for this position!The Scheduler is an especially important part of our operation. This person makes sure that each client has a great caregiver, and that each caregiver gets the hours they need. We recognize your importance and treat our Scheduler with the utmost respect. Regular hours will be Monday-Friday 9a-5p, plus participation in our after-hours on-call rotation for additional compensation (every other weekend and some holidays required).
Qualifications and Skills: 1+ year of Scheduling or Home Care based company a HUGE plus! Customer Service experience The ability to interact with tact and care with caregivers, clients, and clients family members. Multi-line phone experience Handling phone calls professionally and efficiently in a friendly manner is critical to good scheduling and great customer service.
You will be responsible for: Scheduling Managing the daily flow of client care. You will maintain caregiver and client schedules ahead of time, as well as handle any last-minute issues that may arise. Answering the phone Our Scheduler is popular! 80% of incoming calls are related to scheduling. Timely Follow-Up Check in with clients and caregivers to ensure excellent service and positive customer experiences. On-Call Our agency receives calls after regular business hours. Our Scheduler is part of the paid on-call rotation, which includes every-other weekend (Friday evening through Monday morning). Other duties as assigned.
Good operational knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software.Successful candidates will: Possess a pleasant demeanor and be able to build and maintain rapport with team members, caregivers, clients, and clients families. Be organized, efficient, and able to multi-task. Work well under occasional stress. Be a problem solver who is able to think outside the box. Be detail-oriented and focused.
