4 Corner Resources is working with an enterprise-level client to hire a Scheduling Coordinator in Lower Manhattan, NY. This Hybrid position must be within driving distance to NYC, 10007. This would be a 3-month contract with the potential to turn permanent. Scheduling Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Inform candidates about their application status, next steps, and other essential details.
- High-volume scheduling, room booking, technology access, travel arrangements, and itinerary distribution. Collaborate with Hiring Managers, interview panels, and HR to minimize rescheduling and disruptions.
- Assist with the onboarding process by setting expectations, interacting with third-party vendors, and managing background checks, drug tests, and license verifications.
- Work with TA Operations and HR Operations.
- Participate in other TA Operational tasks as required.
Scheduling Coordinator Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a high school diploma from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Basic understanding of Recruiting and HR concepts, policies, and procedures.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly Workday.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail.
Hours:Monday- Friday 8am-5pm Pay: $30-32/HR 4CR3
