Job Description

This is a full-time position. The candidate must be located in the Chattanooga, TN area.

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for providing quality customer service on a timely basis and interacting with clients to ensure services are accurately scheduled. Responsible for communication and documentation between a wide customer base to include but not limited to, Insurance Carriers, Provider Offices, Attorney Offices and Injured Workers (Claimant). Higher levels are responsible for providing guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to the scheduling team for achieving unified workflow as well as a key result or group of aligned results. They are responsible for monitoring the quantitative and qualitative result that is to be achieved. They are responsible for reporting any perceived deficiencies to their direct report.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

* High School diploma or GED equivalent

Required Skills and Experience:

* 1-3 years of customer service experience

* Microsoft Office Suite and personal computer literacy/competency

* Professional oral and written communication skills

Desired Skills and Experience:

* CRM or another computer database

* Data entry experience

* Customer service

* Team-oriented with an ability to prioritize on-going tasks.

* Problem-solving skills

* Attention to detail

* Strong organizational skills

* Any experience in healthcare, insurance, or workers compensation

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $16.00 - $20.00 hourly, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
