In this vital role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of scheduling for clients and Home Health Aides/Companions . From creating personalized schedules to tackling calendar changes, and matching up caregivers with appropriate clients; you will ensure that scheduled shifts are filled. Your duties will include communication with clients and caregivers, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and maintaining quality assurance. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in scheduling and coordination, preferably within a healthcare or home care setting. Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
