**Job Description**
As a Scheduling & Customer Service Representative, you will interact with customers to communicate project schedules and identify and resolves customer issues. In addition, you will research warranty and service entitlements.
****ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:****
Interacts with customers to create project schedule requests, notifies customers of project status, start and end dates.
Responds to and resolved customer questions, concerns and complaints. Knows where to find information needed to solve customer problems and escalates appropriate issues.
Tracks status and progress of work orders and projects.
Proactively identifies and resolves issues in customer jobs or projects that fall behind schedule.
Responsible for interpreting specifications, job orders and schedules.
Reports job and schedule status to manager as appropriate.
Assists in resolving billing complaints and recommends appropriate resolutions.
Any other duty, task or responsibility as assigned.
****REQUIRED:****
Minimum experience: 1 -3 years experience.
Required Industry Experience (Construction, Insulation, Trades, etc.) preferred.
Clear Post Offer Drug Screen.

**Compensation Range**
Annually: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00
