In addition to being a lead contributor, they will provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to others. They will coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain and other functional organizations. The Scheduling Lead has developed depth of expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines. There are two open roles for Scheduling Leads!Your Day to Day:Solve ProblemsResolve standard and non-standard problems using defined processes, their own experience, operational & supervisory expertiseHave in-depth knowledge / expertise of work processes and tools within Project Controls / Scheduling and knowledge of the related disciplinesApply technical and/or managerial expertise to improve effectiveness and provide guidance to employees in Project Controls / SchedulingResolve operational, customer, employee or technical problems that impact the effectiveness of Project Controls / SchedulingExplain difficult issues and obtains agreement as neededAnticipate internal/external business issuesDevelop innovative solutions and ensure solutions are consistent with organizational objectivesDevelop and manage plans to achieve objectivesTake leadership role; act as a facilitatorCoordinate workCoordinate work outside own area of expertiseCoordinate work activities with other team membersWork independently with minimal guidanceSet priorities to meet deadlinesDevelop relationships with key internal/external customersStrive for Customer SatisfactionAnticipate customer needs to influence the development of innovative solutionsAnticipate and interprets customer needs to identify solutionsAct as a resource for colleagues with less experiencePromote teamwork; coaches and guides othersHave in-depth functional expertise and broad business knowledgeWho You Are:5 years of project controls experience within the industry with increased levels of complexity. Years in technical/engineering lead role may be considered as equivalent. Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and solve high-level problems. Proven ability to analyze information and engage in complex decision making.
