Job Description:
The Scheduling Payroll Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordinating the day-to-day care delivered by the clinical staff. This individual will lead field staff in providing excellent customer service, focusing on delivery and coordination of family services. Salary:
  • $45,000
  • Additional $5,0000 Incentive Potential
Duties and responsibilities:
  • Manage cases of clients, including staffing, scheduling, operations, and administration
  • Consult with clients to identify and understand the needs of patients and provide the appropriate staffing solutions
  • Coordinate the scheduling needs of our families with the appropriately matched caregivers' schedules
  • Participate in the recruitment and retention of nurses
  • Identify and/or resolve any customer service issues
  • Identify and communicate areas of risk and potential improvement opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned by management
*Reports directly to Manager of department*Minimum Requirements:
  • BA/BS preferred
  • 1+ year of experience as a scheduler or similar role preferred
  • 1+ year of Home Health Care Experience preferred
  • Ability to work with MS Office Suite and working knowledge of office equipment
