DescriptionOrthoTennessee is seeking a Scheduling & Precert Coordinator for a Monday through Friday opportunity with flexible scheduling at our Maryville location. Responsibilities for the Scheduling & Precert Coordinator will include to schedule outpatient procedures, tests, and diagnostics, with face to face patient interaction. Additionally, the Scheduling & Precert Coordinator will obtain surgery and diagnostic authorizations for urgent procedures working as a team with surgery scheduling and precert. Good, clear communications skills, attention to detail and excellent customer skills a must. Previous medical scheduling/precertification experience preferred.
