Scheduling/ Service BDC Representative Compensation: $18.00-20.00 per hour (Based on knowledge and experience)Schedule: Full Time Five-day work week - Rotating Saturdays- No nights or Sundays! Scheduling/ Service BDC Representative Job Duties and qualifications:Handle all guest inquiries immediately with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction. Communicate effectively with our guests via phone, internet, or text. Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from guests and providing general or related vehicle sales information. Utilize detailed scripts provided by the dealership in addressing guest inquiries and concerns to meet the dealerships and manufactures objectives. Set appointments, following up with any no show guests, updating and relaying job statuses to other departments. Work in close proximity with other BDC Representatives in a team-based environment.
