Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education and experience as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. - Schedule all assigned clients' appointments in Credible EHR.
- Update all assigned providers scheduling in Credible EHR.
- Call clients to confirm all next-day appointments and update providers' schedules.
- Coordinate all initial client scheduling with the assessment team.
- Navigate client profile, client schedule, provider schedule, and admin services in Credible
- Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Maintain Client Caseload management report in Credible BI and Tableau.
- Coordinate with assigned providers to manage client caseload scheduling.
- Attend assigned provider meetings as needed to support provider scheduling.
- Facilitate crisis protocol for clients in need of urgent services.
- Support other office staff to ensure the smooth operations of the agency.
- Escalate issues with unruly clients to the Support Services Supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned by the Support Services Supervisor, Manager, or Director of Operations.
Education and/or Experience: To perform the job successfully the following education and/or experience is requested. Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of office experience.
- One year of client information data input experience.
- One year of client scheduling experience.
- Valid Oregon driver's license, insurable driving record. Personal automobile insurance is required if clients are transported, or any agency business is conducted by the employee using their personal vehicle.
Preferred:
- One year of clinical or behavioral health office experience.
- Electronic Health Record experience.
Competencies: To perform the job successfully and to meet the standards of professionalism, this individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Job Knowledge
- Experience in gathering client information.
- Experience in taking in and transferring client information to EHR or electronic databases.
- Experience in using either Excel or Tableau reports.
