Eurofins maintains an uncompromising commitment to quality and client service.Key Position Responsibilities:Client on-boarding and schedule audits - plan audits 6 – 12 months in advance when possible; verify and monitor client expiry dates and contact with ample time to begin scheduling next audit/task; schedule audits including planning re-certification audits and surveillance audits.Provide best possible trips, working with customers and auditors on audit datesCreate proposals for current customers, if neededSet audits up in various software programs and provide checklist to auditors and to customersSend confirmation emails and audit plans to customers and auditor assignment forms to auditors; follow-up to assure receipt of necessary documentation.Requesting customers register for desired accredited software, and complete registration if necessaryAnalyze customer data for trends and trackabilityAnswering a multi-line phone system, must provide exceptional customer serviceKeep records in software system of customer interactions; recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.Ensure all certification scheme/scope requirements are being metCustomer issue resolution and escalationAdditional projects as assigned by Operations Manager.Essential Duties:Maintain confidentiality and impartiality in all aspects of work and adhere to all procedures established by Eurofins and its auditing clients.Attend auditor update meetingsReview application and account information with input into pertinent systems.Applies good practices in all areas of responsibility, as appropriateRegular attendance and punctualityDemonstrates and promotes the company visionReview application and account information with input into pertinent systems.Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient mannerPerforms other duties as assignedKnowledge Requirements:Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
