Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Client Care Coordinators to ensure positive matches between clients and HHAs.
- Manage all aspects of client intake and assist with staffing issues and needs.
- Coach, mentor, and provide leadership to staff.
- Liaise with contracting agencies to provide required documentation, maintain appropriate census and HHA/client assignments.
- Manage incidents and other events with correct documentation.
- Obtain all necessary service authorizations and client care plans.
Salary: $70,000 - 75,000 annually
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in a licensed homecare agency as a coordinator or supervisor
- Familiarity with HHA exchange
Education:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
