The Department of Corrections Bureau of Health Services is recruiting for a Program Support Supervisor - DOC (Scheduling Supervisor). This position is located at Redgranite Correctional Institution in Redgranite, WI (Waushara County).
Position SummaryThis position is responsible for the supervision of Medical Program Assistant staff within the Health Services Unit setting. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the day-to-day activities of Medical Program Assistant staff, including planning, organizing, scheduling, training and staff development. In addition, this role is responsible for maintaining Medical Program Assistant workflows and implementing and maintaining quality control measures. Institutions that this position will cover are Stanley Correctional Institution, Redgranite Correctional Institution, Jackson Correctional Institution, and Chippewa Valley Correctional Treatment Facility. Travel is required between institutions.
Salary InformationThis position is in pay schedule/range (81-04) with an annual salary of $54017 - $79144, plus excellent benefits. Pay will be set in accordance with the Compensation Plan and Wisconsin Administrative Code in effect at the time of hire. A probationary period is required. The Department of Corrections may conduct pre-employment drug screens. Qualifications Minimally qualified applicants will have experience:
- Managing, leading, and/or overseeing the work of others (e.g. training, advising, reviewing work, etc.)
- Serving as a point of contact for patient scheduling
- Working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
