As a Revenue Scheduling Team Lead at West Shore Home, you will contribute to this mission by taking ownership over the scheduling calendar and revenue for assigned regions, as well as supporting the Scheduling Coordinators' KPI achievements working in the assigned regions.We are on a mission to do something that has never been done before - to build the first nationwide home remodeling brand. What You'll Contribute In this role, you can expect to:
  • Monitor Scheduling Coordinators' performance against goals/objectives and provide real time feedback and coaching.
  • Support the Manager by delegating key objectives to Scheduling Coordinators daily.
  • Audit the installation schedule and revenue tracker for accurate information, including headcount availability, calendar blocks, and revenue.
  • Work directly with Install Managers to ensure the team is scheduling to accurate headcount availability.
What It Takes to Succeed At West Shore Home, we are Default Aggressive towards our goals and take Extreme Ownership of our results. We'll provide you with the training and tools to set you up for success, and we hope that you'll bring:
  • 2 years Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Experience and understanding of navigating all Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

The guaranteed pay range for this position is {} per year to {$$$} per year. The actual rate is based on each candidate's skill set and will be determined by the Hiring Manager. This role is a salaried, exempt position that is not eligible for overtime pay. More to Know
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 with rotational Saturdays, in office.
