This is part time contract position averaging 8-10 hours/month. If you have previous experience as a teacher, mentor,etc in the St Louis area and are looking for supplemental income that makes a difference, this is for you!Main Responsibilities Include:Facilitate monthly scholarship search classesEducate scholars about college and career possibilitiesMeet with Scholars at least once a month to monitor scholarship search progressionHelp plan two fun scholar events to promote cohesion amongst scholars and staffAttend Infinite Scholars College Fair and campus tours with ScholarsTrack scholar attendanceSkills and Qualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related preferred (education, social work, non profit, counseling etc)Minimum of 1 year working with youth preferredStrong ability to connect with scholarsEffective and professional communicator who can establish rapport with scholars, families and staffOrganized and proactiveComputer proficientWhy Work with TCDC:Flexible Schedule; 8-10 hours/month$18-$22 DOEContract August-May1099 ContractorCompelling and mission driven working environmentCandidates must be in the greater St Louis area, this role is hybrid
