Amergis Staffing is currently seeking a School Aide/Paraprofessional for the 2024/2025 school year in the SantaMaria Bonita, CA and surrounding Areas. (Guadalupe, Woodlands, Pismo Beach, LosAlamos, Lompoc)
Position Details:
Pay: $18/hour
Start Date: Uponcompletion on onboarding
Hours PerWeek: 32.5 hours (6-7hrs/day)
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Length: 2024/2025 School Year
Requirements: School Aide/ Paraprofessionalduties are assisting teachers and students with special needs classroom. Theywork under the direction of a certified teacher and are responsible for a varietyof task including but not limited to:
+ Helping students with physical, emotional, and safety needs
+ Supporting students in accessing the general education curriculum
+ Assisting with classroom management
+ Providing one-on-one tutoring
+ Helping with instructional programs
+ Bridging communication gaps between teachers, students, schools, and parents
+ Monitoring and supporting students' progress
+ Maintaining student records
High school diplomaor GED.
