Job Summary: Baroody Camps, Inc. provides a variety of classes and summer camps to school children in various counties throughout the Northern Virginia area. We provide opportunities to manage and teach programs. We are looking for individuals who are interested in managing enrichment programs at schools in a particular region. This includes ensuring high quality account management and creating a positive customer experience. This is an hourly position that can be performed remotely with onsite hours during program time.Expectations:

Duties:
- Account Management. You will be responsible for the management of 15-18 school accounts and work 30-35 hours per week. For these schools, you will serve as the primary point of contact and perform registration support, customer service, vendor relations, administrative support, and more to ensure their enrichment programs run safely and smoothly. There will be future opportunities to grow the number of accounts and hours available to work.
- Customer Service. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders- schools, parents, children, and providers.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in business administration, education, or a related field; or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and one year of relevant experience
- Speed and proficiency in Microsoft Suite, data entry and database management
- Excellent customer-service skills; in person, phone and via email
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- A flexible schedule and believe that enrichment programs are an integral part of education
It would be great if you have:
- Experience with navigating Parent Teacher Associations (PTAs) and organizing enrichment programs
- Experience managing large groups of elementary school age children in a camp, coaching, or classroom setting
Additional Information: This position is a full-time hybrid position (both in office/onsite and remote), with a standard work week of 20-25 hours per work week for administrative duties, and must be available for 5-10 hours as an Onsite Coordinator, Counselor, and Instructor. The position will be a maximum of 30-35 hours total per week unless otherwise directed by your supervisor. The assigned allocated hours may vary from week to week. During busy seasons (May, June, August, September) more work may be required. Throughout the school year, this position is on call (on-site) between the hours of 2PM-5:30PM or may be onsite for 2 hours during the 2PM-5:30PM hour window.
