Key Responsibilities:- Conduct classroom observations to assess teaching effectiveness
- Evaluate teachers, administrators, and staff members
- Provide constructive feedback for professional growth
- Develop and implement professional development plans
- Coach educators to enhance instructional strategies
- Analyze student performance data to inform instruction
- Identify trends and areas for improvement
- Inform school-wide initiatives
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and stakeholders
- Communicate evaluation results and recommendations
- Facilitate professional learning communities
- Develop and implement evaluation tools
- Ensure compliance with district or state evaluation protocols
- Support school improvement plans
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:- Experience in family, individual and group therapy, as well as community education.
- Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor; PLPC
- Licensed Professional Counselor ; LPC
- Licensed Masters Social Worker; LMSW
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker; LCSW
- Provisionally Licensed Psychologist; PLP
- Licensed Psychologist
- PsyD/PhD (doctorate level)
