ResponsibilitiesSCHOOL BASED / OUTPATIENT CLINICIAN**Currently offering up to a $5k Signing Bonus for this role***About the Role:Arbour Counseling Services is excited to offer Part Time and Full Time combination (Outpatient and School Based) opportunities for Licensed Clinicians or Master's Level Clinicians working towards their licensure in Norwell, MA. School Based Clinicians work in elementary, middle, and high schools delivering mental health services to children with a variety of needs including trauma, anxiety, and depression. School Based Clinicians work closely with school personnel, other outside treatment providers, and families to provide a quality continuum of care.Our Outpatient counseling allows our patients to receive treatment options and support within a much more free and open time schedule. While programs are structured, our outpatient counseling is best for those stepping down from a higher level of care, seeking limited treatment options or testing out treatment for the first time. Arbour offers individual therapy, group therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, medication evaluation & management, school-based treatment, and elder services within our Outpatient program.Arbour provides clinicians with the ability to customize their own professional experience. Come and be part of an exciting and vibrant team here at Arbour Counseling Services!Essential Responsibilities:Assess clients or family's needs and eligibility for servicesProvide individual, family and group therapy sessions in accordance with assigned client needsSupport clients through collaboration with client's family, school, other medical service providers, state agencies, other mental health services (including crisis services), and other community agencies and resourcesProvide case management, referrals, and treatment planning for assigned clientsEstablishes and maintains effective working relationships within the agency, community and referral sourcesQualifications:Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or closely related Mental Health field from an accredited college or universityNeed to have completed an Internship during Masters Program to obtain 45 creditsRequired license eligibility with: LICSW, LMHC OR LMFTCANS Certification preferred (also able to obtain after hiring if needed)Nonjudgmental ability to foster self-sufficiency using problem-solving and practical skillsFamiliarity with support groupsAbility to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy and insightDemonstrated sensitivity to the needs of clients from diverse cultural or linguistic backgroundsExcellent time management skills to maintain appointments and timely record keepingCandidate must possess appropriate citizenship work documentationCandidate must pass a CORI and drug test, as well as other pre-employment documentationEEO StatementAll UHS subsidiaries are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
