NOTICE OF PERSONNEL VACANCY Scott County Public Schools is accepting applications for a Teacher/Head Volleyball Coach at Gate City High School. Applicants must: 1. Possess or qualify for a Virginia Teaching License. 2. Possess knowledge and skills in the assigned teaching area(s). 3. Possess sufficient experience (as determined by Principal and Athletic Director) in coaching volleyball at the high school level. Experience as a coach at the high school/collegiate level preferred. 4. Demonstrate sufficient knowledge of Virginia High School League (VHSL) rules and regulations to ensure that the volleyball team and volleyball games are operated according to VHSL rules and regulations. 5. Exhibit the physical ability to effectively perform the various responsibilities of the job.
