- Associate Degree, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- 2 years experience in an Early Childhood setting.
- 1 year of managerial experience as Assistant Director preferred.
- Have working knowledge of state specific licensing requirements, National Accreditation guidelines, and early childhood development teaching and assessment strategies.
