Position Summary:
PM Pediatric Care is seeking a School Health Behavioral Therapist (LCSW, LICSW, LMSW, LMHC, LPC, CPC or LMFT) to provide virtual & in-person mental health services to elementary, middle, and high school students.
The mission of our School Health Program is to deliver high-quality health care to students that is accessible, convenient, and affordable for all. As a School Health Behavioral Therapist you will provide direct therapeutic services to students within our partner school districts, including assessments, brief evidence-based interventions, and discharge planning
The SH program is seeking their next creative & proactive therapist. At PM Pediatric Care, we are seeking a candidate that is flexible and comfortable with ever-moving parts. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with students from k-12th. Within their therapeutic modalities, they are familiar with CBT, DBT, MI and always taking a strength-based client centered approach. *This position is onsite at Baldwin Middle School*
*Schedule: Hours in the range of 11:00am - 8:00pm Evening hours required*
*Compensation Range $65k - $85k (dependent on licensure & experience)*
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinically sound in-person and virtual therapeutic and crisis intervention services for students in grades K-12.
- Collaborate with care management team to identify and support transition services
- Create and facilitate professional developments, outreach, and community engagement activities.
- Attend trainings, meetings, and other activities with PM Pediatrics' School Health team and school officials
- Maintain a weekly caseload of an average of 30 scheduled therapy appointments.
- Ensure clinical and administrative recording and data collection are completed in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate cultural competency and commitment to patients.
- Contribute high quality engagement, communication, and presentation skills with programmatic stakeholders and collaborators.

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology and/or Counseling
- Relevant therapist license in the state(s) practicing (LCSW, LICSW, LMSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT)
- Experience with pediatric and adolescent patients required
- Experience providing teletherapy to children and adolescents preferred
- Ability to effectively interact, work, and develop meaningful relationships with people of various cultural backgrounds
- Experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based practices.
- Demonstrates flexibility and strong multitasking skills
- Prior school-based mental health experience preferred
- Demonstrates strong commitment to teamwork and building personal as well as programmatic skills.
- Bilingual speaking preferred, but not required (language proficiency in Spanish is a plus)
