School Logistics Manager Job Description Dependable proven experience in planning, executing and managing the efficient, effective, flow and output of services and related processes from the School District Central office for the purpose of meeting the needs of our staff, students, and community. Responsibilities - Strategically plan and manage recruiting, hiring and intake of district employees
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to employee onboarding
- Direct, optimize and coordinate hiring cycle from staff entry to departure
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times of district resources
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Comply with laws, regulations and state requirements including but not limited to State Accreditation
- Assist with the research, preparation, and development of district-wide information output and presentations
- Research, design and implement cost, time and resource-saving initiatives
- Support District Office day to day functions, including but not limited to phones, walk-in traffic, and addressing staff, parent and student requests
Requirements - Proven working experience in managing multiple areas of public school business
- Demonstrable ability to lead and coordinate with all staff
- Proficient in school-based software (Student information systems, Employee management systems, Google Platform, Thrillshare)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Classroom experience preferable
- BA in Education
