Instructors teach face-to-face, online, and hybrid courses in areas of their expertise and are hired periodically for fall, spring, and/or summer term, contingent upon enrollments and need. - Earned master's degree in student affairs/higher education leadership or a related field
- Experience and demonstrated excellence in student affairs practice
- Formal or informal teaching experience in student affairs, higher education, or related areas
- At least three years of professional work experience in a higher education setting

- Earned terminal degree in student affairs/higher education leadership, law, or a related field
- Experience teaching graduate or professional students via face-to-face or distance technologies
- Commitment to and ability to engage issues of social identity and equity in the graduate classroom
- Ability to support students' application of theory to practice
