Candidates must have a well-identified, high-priority research focus area with a track record of success in securing external research funding, as well as data-based, peer-reviewed research publications and presentations. A minimum of a research doctorate, research focus, and a strong potential for a funded program of research is required. Post-doctoral fellows are encouraged to apply. Rank, tenure, and salary are competitive and commensurate with professional background and experience. Faculty may elect different degrees of emphasis on the teaching, service and scholarship components of the faculty role.
