COMPENSATION: $16.16 p/hr HOURS: Full-time/10-months (up to 210 days) Exact hours TBD DESCRIPTION: The Guidance Office Clerk will perform clerical duties in support of the varied responsibilities of the Guidance Department which require updated, accurate records, computer entry and extensive contact with staff, students and parents. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include (not an all-inclusive list):
- Provide assistance to students and parents
- Answer telephone calls and greet visitors
- Organization of confidential records and schedules
- Computer data input and report generation of report cards, program planning, scheduling and interim reports
- Collection and recording of grades
- Maintenance of students' cumulative files
- Computer data input of special courses/credits
- All other duties as assigned
This is a clerical assignment.REQUIREMENTS: Excellent technology skills proficiency with Microsoft Office and Infinite Campus required. Candidate must be confidential in all matters, able to exercise good judgment, prioritize tasks and communicate effectively.
