About this job:
Reports directly to the Principal and is a full-time position on the school leadership team. Supervises all managers and coordinators of school operations and building maintenance, including cafeteria staff, nutrition services, nurses, custodians, secretaries, etc., if applicable.

What You'll Do:
* Understands the school's priorities and ensures that school operations are executed in alignment with priorities
* Ensures that school operations are in adherence with fiscal policies, local compliance, and reporting requirements
* Responsible for all matters not directly related to instruction or a specific student
* Works with the Principal and other school/District leaders to develop and manage the school's budget; maintains a strategic financial plan that will forecast future budgets; manages school purchasing processes by placing orders with vendors, tracking delivery, and maintaining inventory; and prepares reports and proposals for budget revisions
* Manages custodial staff and third-party contractors for building maintenance and use; manages school supplies, equipment, technology, and furniture inventory; manages school food and transportation services by coordinating with service providers and overseeing deliveries; and ensures maximum level of security at the school by ensuring health and safety policies are in practice, including fire, evacuation and crisis drills
* Manages teacher, student, and classroom schedules and coverage schedules, including lunch, hallways, and any before or after-school activities; coordinates teacher substitutions; provides oversight of planning and execution of school special events; and coordinates parent-teacher conferences
* Manages other school administration duties as required
What You'll Need:
* Bachelor's degree required with experience in business, operations, or management
* At least 3 years of operations management in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in business, operations, or management
* Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community, along with believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high quality education.
* Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.
