We are looking for a hard-working warehouse/yard worker. The warehouse/yard worker is responsible for receiving and storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, general cleaning and maintenance around the yard.
A successful warehouse/yard worker is self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented. You should be able to work in a team environment while also having the ability to work unsupervised.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Receiving incoming deliveries
- Clean and maintain yard area and warehouse
- Inventory management
- Organizing warehouse space
- Work outside in all types of weather
- Staging of materials for work crews
- Loading and unloading work trucks
- Delivery of materials to work crews
**JOB SPECIFICATION**:
**Education/Experience**:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
* Ability to proficiently run forklift
* Mechanical aptitude
* Drivers license
* DOT Card preferred
**PHYSICAL DEMANDS:**
* Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking.
* Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing.
* Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
* Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching.
* Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights, up to 75 pounds
* Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes and gases.
* Climb ladders of various heights
