We prepare students for science competitions, provide specialized enrichment, and serve as the primary resource in the area for advanced scientific learning. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct engaging one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions, covering a variety of scientific subjects including biology, chemistry, physics, and earth science.
• Foster critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills through hands-on activities and interactive lessons.
• Prepare students for science competitions and enhance their overall readiness for advanced studies.
• Collaborate with students to set and achieve academic goals, monitoring progress and adjusting instructional methods as needed.
• Cultivate a supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity, resilience, and scientific inquiry.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a scientific discipline, education, or related field.
• Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or science education.
• Familiarity with competition preparation is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a knack for making complex concepts accessible and engaging.
• A passion for hands-on learning and encouraging students to reach their full potential.
