Join Takeda as a Scientific Director where you will have excellent experience and expertise, depth and breadth of knowledge in the field of antibody discovery and optimization using both in vivo and in vitro platforms. This role encompasses a lab-based presence to enable efficient workflows for pipeline programs while also undertaking innovative scientific approaches. You will also have a strong mentoring and influential style in a matrix system working across the team with a collaborative and inspiring spirit, drive, and enterprise mindset. As part of the Biologics Engineering and Antibody Discovery team (BEAD), you will report to the Senior Director and work with the Global Biologics organization.

U.S. Base Salary Range: $169,400.00 – $266,200.00
