- Support the preparation and maintenance of regulatory documents, including supplement facts panels, artwork, and adverse events.
- Monitor, interpret, and reinforce regulatory guidelines, ensuring company projects comply with all applicable laws and standards.
- Assist in developing regulatory strategies for product approvals in domestic and international markets.
- Create and maintain database of scientific research and ingredient science
- Conduct literature reviews and research to support scientific claims and cross-functional educational materials.
- Analyze and synthesize scientific data to provide insights for Brand, Growth, and other teams across the company
- Assist in periodic audits to ensure compliance with FDA and FTC regulations
- Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and supply chain teams to align on compliance and innovation goals.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documentation in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and scientific advancements.
We're Excited About Your:
- Bachelor's degree (Master's or Ph.D. preferred) in a relevant scientific field such as nutrition, food science, biology, chemistry, pharmacology, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, scientific analysis, or a related field, preferably within a regulated industry (e.g., supplements, food, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotechnology).
- Start-up experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, FTC).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex scientific data.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong commitment to excellence.
- Collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Ethical and professional in handling sensitive information.
Pay Transparency:We can't quantify everything we think you'll love about working at Thesis, from the exciting projects you'll work on, to the smart and humble team you'll get to work with, and our supportive and inclusive culture. That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and equity.
