Location: Germantown,MD, USA
The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting managing projects that support the preclinical research and development activities for novel immunotherapies as part of a multi-disciplinary team of chemists, immunologists, and engineers. The position will require the successful applicant to plan, execute and analyze in vitro and in vivo studies with a focus on immune readouts. Data collection will require the use of flow cytometry and other immune technologies. The resulting data will inform the development of vaccines for the treatment of autoimmune diseases, cancer or infectious disease. The successful applicant will be required to communicate the results of experimentation through written and oral reports. Likewise, the successful applicant will be required to understand the broader context of the work and plan next steps within that framework.
