Job Description
* Executes plan/schedule developed by supervisor.
* Completes specified activities aligned with individual goals.
* Proactive to address work issues at the individual level.
* Perform routine and non-routine testing; may develop solutions for basic technical problems. Assists in the implementation of new technologies or approaches.
* Understand and perform calculations as required by test methods and/or protocols.
* Follows established protocols and work plans. Performs various tasks and analysis of Bio/Pharmaceutical materials (i.e. API and/or drug product) and running a variety of equipment and instrumentation independently.
* Support multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrate leadership quality and train newer analysts.
* Ensuring quality data with accuracy, clarity and adherence to cGMP regulations and/or support cGLP studies.
* Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Demonstrate technical writing skills. Informs supervisor and interacts with peers in a clear, timely and professional manner
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology or closely related physical science from a four-year college/university with 4+ years related experience or equivalent education and training.
