Job Description

Responsibility:

• Design and engineer antibodies for various applications.
• Produce and purify antibodies using different mammalian expression systems (CHO, HEK293, etc.).
• Perform detailed antibody characterization using techniques such as HPLC, FPLC, and OCTET.
• High-throughput antibody production and screening.
• Analyze data and interpret results to guide the antibody development process.
• Maintain a detailed and well-organized record of experiments in electronic notebook.
• Collaborate with other team members to support internal and external projects

Requirements:

• PhD or MS in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in antibody design, production, and analysis.
• Proficiency with software tools relevant to antibody design and data analysis.
• Extensive hands-on experience with HPLC, FPLC, and OCTET.
• Experience with different expression systems for antibody production.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
