InVitro Cell Research (ICR) is dedicated to solving some of the most difficult problems in aging and age-related disease, in an effort to extend human healthspan. Our thriving In Vitro Diagnostics and Biomarkers team is central to our mission.
With us, you'll get to:
- Develop novel assay strategies for quantifying human biomarkers, including DNA, RNA, protein and cellular biomarkers for a variety of diseases under a paradigm of personalized medicine, including methylation-based biomarkers of biological aging
- Analyze large longitudinal and cross-sectional health and disease biomarker datasets for novel correlations and trends that could be used to model and predict disease risk
- Collaborate with many other company teams to research upstream causes and downstream effects of changes in human health and disease biomarkers
Please apply if you have:
- An advanced degree in Biomedical Sciences, PhD with postdoctoral experience preferred
- Extensive molecular/cellular biology and biochemistry bench experience
Ideally, you'll also have:
- Expert knowledge in molecular/cellular diagnostics and biomarker discovery and development (blood-based, urine-based, saliva-based, etc)
- General and working knowledge of aging biology, age-related diseases and personalized medicine
And you'll need:
- An easygoing, friendly personality
- The ability to work in the United States without sponsorship
Salary
Starting base pay range: $125,000/yr - $160,000/yr
Starting additional compensation range: $7,500/yr - $17,500/yr
Starting position title and compensation are commensurate with experience.
